Southwest Lower Peninsula
Grand Haven: Poor weather conditions slowed angler activity. Pier anglers found the steelhead action to be slow, however a few were caught using live bait (gizzard shad) or spawn.
Muskegon: Strong winds made it difficult for anglers to get out. The few boats that were able to make it out found the action to be slow for salmon and steelhead. No salmon and steelhead action reported from the piers.
